We offer sizes S to XXL. Refer to our size guide on product pages for measurements to ensure the best fit.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we ship only in United Kingdom.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to courier or logistics delays. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team. We will investigate and assist you with a resolution.

What is the return period?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you've received all purchased items in the same order to submit a return request.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective or incorrect, in which case Aura Loom will cover the costs for eligible exchanges.

How do I start a return?

Contact Customer Service at support@auraloomofficial.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable. The team will review the request, provide a return authorization, and detailed instructions. Then, safely package the item with all tags and original packaging, attach the return authorization form, and ship using a reliable service with tracking.

What is the refund processing time?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from receipt of the returned item. The bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund, and a confirmation email is sent once processed.

How long does it take to hear back on refund approval?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, notification of approval status is provided within 1-2 business days.

What items are eligible for return?

All items must be unworn and in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached. Matching sets cannot be returned separately. Returns due to dissatisfaction with styles, colors, personal preferences, sizing issues (refer to sizing chart), loose threads, raw edges, fabric texture, or monitor display differences are not eligible. Damages from usage, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or human factors are not considered defects.

What is the exchange policy?

Exchanges are offered for incorrect or defective items. Contact within 14 days of delivery; Aura Loom covers return shipping for eligible exchanges. For incorrect size, follow the return process and place a new order for the correct size.

What are exceptions to defective quality?

Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, texture of fabrics, color differences due to monitor display, and returns for style, color, or preference changes are not treated as quality issues. Sizing issues do not constitute quality issues; refer to the sizing chart. Slight differences in design or style between items in the same size may occur, based on actual measurements.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times for the UK?

UK deliveries cost £6.99 and take 7–11 business days.

Which carriers are used for shipping?

We ship using reliable third-party courier services with full tracking provided once your order is dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact support within 48 hours of receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible within 24 hours via email to support@auraloomofficial.com for a full refund. After 24 hours, it may not be possible.
